Job Advert Role Description

Priory Group have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join our compliance team on a part time basis. The Compliance Coordinator will support the wider compliance team to ensure that Priory Group is able to meet all regulatory requirements as well as support the operational business in ensuring colleagues remain compliant post hire. The role holder will benefit from a varied workload and flexibility with this being a part time role across 16 hours per week. 

Compliance Coordinator duties include but not limited to

  • Support with right to work checks in line with home office guidance  
  • Support with the registration/revalidation with relevant professional & regulatory body such as NMC/GMC
  • Provide support to the People Compliance Manager and Senior People Compliance Administrator with a large compliance right to work audit project
  • Support with DBS validation checks and processing
  • Provide support to the People Compliance Manager and Senior People Compliance Coordinator who will continue to build a programme to develop our knowledge and overall capability with regard to compliance checks and refine our processes of how best to retain vital compliance information

What we'd like from a Compliance Coordinator

  • Experience in administration, ideally gained with a HR, Onboarding or compliance environment
  • The ability to form and develop strong productive working relationships with a busy client group – both operational and in house
  • Detail oriented and a tenacious follow through
  • An ability to take ownership and a desire to learn and build on and enhance current skill bass
  • Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel

This is initially a fixed term role for 3 months with the chance of becoming permanent after 3 months.
