Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Burgess Hill is located in beautiful West Sussex and offers the opportunity to gain experience across many specialist mental health disciplines including Secure Services, a DBT Locked Rehabilitation service, HDU Services and Acute care.

 

With a CQC rating of GOOD across all 5 Key Lines of Enquiry, you would be working in a forward thinking hospital supporting our patients recovery alongside a highly skilled and dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team.

We currently have a vacancy for a HR Administrator whose responsibilities will include:

 

-All apsects of recruitment from advertising through to appointment

-Co-ordinating new starter and leaver processes including preparing letters and liaising with relevant departments  

- Updating the HR information system throughout the employee lifecycle ensuring accurate data input

- Monitoring absence levels and supporting the implementation of the  absence policy

- Providing support with ER issues including minute taking

-Administering the probation process ensuring that reviews are completed

- Dealing with enquries from potential and current employees as well

- Produce regular HR Reports and flagging any anomalies

 

Requirements:

-Knowledge UK Employment legislation and HR processes

-Experience gained within a busy HR department

-PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel

-Enthusiastic with a desire to learn

-Strong team player

-Self-motivated and results focussed

-Good written and oral communication skills

-Organised and able to work to deadlines
