Job Advert Role Description

Stockton Hall is a highly specialised hospital where patients requiring a medium secure care setting can maximise value from therapeutic interventions. Our services have produced excellent recovery results for patients and they are able to progress to low secure or locked rehabilitation if possible.

We are looking for a generalist Human Resources Administrator to join our HR department providing an efficient and high level of customer service, for a period of 6 months.

Some of the tasks will included filing and maintaining employee records. Using the applicants tracking systems for recruitment and processing of other people related information.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised individual with sound interpersonal and excellent communication skills. You will be a first line of contact for the HR department so you must be professional and courteous at all times.

Holding or working towards a CIPD qualification would be desirable for the position, as would experience of working in a similar environment.

Adaptable, organised and customer service skills, are a must for the role.
