An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Services Manager with relevant experience in a healthcare setting, to join our dedicated and passionate team.


You will be joining and working alongside our experienced senior management team to support and develop our existing services to meet ever changing patient needs.

What we want from you:

· Registered Nurse NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council registered) or Social Worker (SW England registered) or Occupational Therapist (HPCP registered)

· Ability to recognise and develop the commitment and the potential of others and desire to improve patient care.

· Excellent organisational capability

· A hands on manager, motivated with a strong “can do” attitude

· Forward thinking and able to challenge the status quo

· A role model & mentor to other staff - providing advice and support to promote and develop best practice

Job Advert Location Description

About the role:

Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Hospital to ensure the highest standards of clinical care.

We expect you to forge positive working relationships and influence all members of the Hospital MDT, as well as maximising the potential of the Ward Managers within your team.

A true champion of continuous improvement whilst ensuring adherence & compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation, meeting quality standards and delivering against key performance indicators.


Our service is based on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and provides a range of assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and specialist residential services to 46 adults with a learning disability in a range of different environments suited to their individual needs including medium and low secure.


In addition to a learning disability, many of our patients have complex needs including forensic histories, mental illness, ASD and Personality Disorders. Most patients are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.
