Job Advert Location Description

Cragston Court is a 20 bedded residential care home with nursing. The facility cares for men and women aged 18 years and older, who have enduring mental health needs.

Based in Blakelaw, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, residents are usually referred to us from psychiatric wards, or from the community following a number of re-admissions, or from placements where they haven't made a sustained recovery.

Job Advert Role Description

 

Duties within the role of Registered Mental Health Nurse will include:

•Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.

•Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.

•Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress
