Job Advert Role Description

Rehabilitation and Recovery service for adult men. Woodland has 31 beds spread across 3 wards with a defined care pathway for our service users. Based in the picturesque village of Meriden, we offer a number of benefits on site including:-

Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, deal with suppliers on regular basis.

•  The post holder will be responsible for petty cash reconciliation and dealing with client monies

•  The post holder will deal with incoming queries to the service and must have excellent customer service skills.

•  Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.

•  Support the Service Manager and wider Service with Administration such as letters, memos, email communications.

•  Undertake diary management

- Co-ordinates the accurate and timely completion and processing of section papers and

associated documentation ensuring the relevant information, signatories and permissions are

obtained and recorded in accordance with the requirements of the MHA and code of practice.

-Ensures patients, their relatives, legal representatives and official agencies are provided with

the information and documentation required to effect the detention, registration and

admission of an individual under the provisions of the MHA.

-Liaises with clinicians, allied professionals, patients, their families, legal representatives and

official agencies. Receiving and responding to enquiries and requests for information in

accordance with company policy, service level agreements and statutory regulations.

-Ensures that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and

procedures in order that regulatory and statutory requirements are met. Maintains the audit

trail ensuring up to date and accurate information can be provided or accessed as required.

-Any other duties requested by the Service Manager. Provides efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate..
