Job Advert Role Description

The Priory Group have an exciting opportunity for a Regulations and Registrations Co-ordinator to join the team and support our growing business. The Regulations and Registrations Co-ordinator's role will be to assist the Registration and Licensing Manager in ensuring that Priory services are compliant with statutory requirements in relation to the registration and licensing requirements for sites and mangers within the group.

Regulations and Registrations Co-ordinator duties include but not limited to

  • Co-ordination of Site registration/variations with the relevant regulatory bodies

  • Co-ordination of notification and variations with the relevant regulatory bodies, completing forms for submission

  • Update Statements of Purpose and submit to regulators.Co-ordination of Notice of Proposals and Notice of Decisions

  • Co-ordination of all external regulatory compliance inspection reports and associated action plans (as required) across the group

  • Ensuring records are kept up to date with the latest Certificates of Registration, Statement of Purpose

  • Handles external and internal enquiries, recognising the level of importance of particular enquiries or issues and applying the appropriate prioritisation.Communicates issues and enquiries for appropriate action to ensure to internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensures that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures to ensure regulatory, statutory, compliance and Licensing requirements are met

What we would like from a Regulations and Registrations Co-ordinator

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong administration skills, ability to use Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft word and Excel.

  • Ability to be able to manage conflicting priorities effectively

  • Previous administration experience is desirable
