Job Advert Role Description

Our home in Meopham are recruiting for resilient role models to join us as Support Workers.  The successful candidate will support our young people with home visits, medical appointments, education activities, preparing meals and completing paperwork. 

Our ambitious and energetic colleagues help make our company what it is and we are looking for more people who have got what it takes.  The environments we work in can be challenging so the people that join us need to have a passion for the work we do and be strong role models for the young people we support.

It is an essential requirement of the role that applicants must have at least 6 months experience with children and young people with challenging behaviour in a similar role.  It is also a requirement for successful applicants to hold a clean driving license.

Our home in Meopham provides a high standard of care and support for up to 3 young people who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health difficulties and challenging behaviour.

A family is 365 days a year and so are we!  Our shifts reflect this.  Weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year will be worked on a rota basis.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, for all of our services we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults. Please be advised that references will be requested prior to interview for all roles within our schools.
