Our Children's Home Whiston, based in Rotherham is currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join their team.
Children's Home Whiston has achieved a ‘Good’ grading at their most recent Ofsted Inspection.
Children's Home Whiston wants to build on this success and create a truly outstanding home; we are looking for dedicated, caring and passionate people to support our young people.

So previous experience of working with young people with challenging behaviours would be desirable however if you have the right personality we will support you to gain and develop the experience. 

Preferably someone who has been driving for 3 years.

It is essential that applicants have attained or prepared to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare qualification.

Hours:

Shift patterns 8am - 4pm & 2.30pm - 11pm & 8am - 11pm.
