Job Advert Role Description

Your role as the Administration Assistant will be to provide administration support to the Service Manager within a busy residential setting. The successful applicant will neeed to be numerate, have a good understanding of Microsoft software packages including Word, Exel and Internet Explorer and have a confident telephone manner.

The job role is varied and includes the compilation of weekly reports, updating service user support plans and risk assessments, using the Priory automated purchasing system, creating documents and reports as required, along with answering the telephone and providing a point of contact in the Service Manager's absence. Full training will be provided on all the relevant Priory Systems through our IT and People Development teams.
