Job Advert Role Description

Ready for the recognition and rewards you deserve?
We don’t just talk about putting employees first. We know that Priory wouldn’t exist without their combined energy, expertise and effort.  So we invest heavily in training, provide first-class support, promote collaborative teamwork and give everyone on our team the opportunities and resources to achieve their full potential

Centrally located with easy access to Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Ashford and Maidstone, The Priory Hospital, Ticehurst House stands in 48 acres of beautiful grounds. We offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient specialist mental health services for young people and adults in a safe and supportive environment.

Centrally located with easy access to Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Ashford and Maidstone, The Priory Hospital, Ticehurst House has 70 beds across 3 service lines: Adult Acute and young peoples wards (CAMHs). We offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient specialist mental health services for young people and adults in a safe and supportive environment. We have recently expanded our service with the addition of a newly purpose built 12 Bed Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Providing quality, inspiring innovation and delivering value is what we set out to achieve at Priory Healthcare. Enabling our patients to receive a truly integrated and holistic approach to their treatment, regardless of complexity or severity, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of our multidisciplinary clinical teams.

We are seeking a motivated individual to work on our adult acute unit, supporting the friendly and committed team of nurses, doctors and healthcare assistants with the administrative tasks of a busy unit.

The successful candidate will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed, incidents are logged and that paperwork and meetings are arranged effectively for professionals, patients and their families.

A person centred approach, excellent organisational skills and good time management is essential.

This is a busy and interesting opportunity for the right person with excellent interpersonal skills and a motivation for professionalism and excellent patient care.

We offer a competitive salary, many benefits in line with the NHS and flexible Priory Group benefits including a company pension scheme. In addition to annual leave which increases along with your service you have a day off on your birthday. You will never have to search for a parking space and can enjoy lunchtimes with your colleagues in the highly subsidised staff restaurant.

We welcome and encourage continuous professional and independent development, including funding external training and qualifications.

Further to this, The Priory offer a unique training scheme through it's 'career pathways' programme.
