Senior Therapy Assistant; to assist in the delivery of therapeutic interventions within the service. To motivate and engage patients in a wide range of interventions, both individual and group based, as led by the needs of the service and individual patients. To input as required into additional interventions alongside the OT department including those involving living skills, education, vocational and real work opportunities and creative and sessions which promote skill acquisitions, independence and support recovery as part of the occupational therapy process in specific treatments
