Job Advert Role Description

As an established and well maintained children's home, we have an opportunity for a Deputy Registered Manager to help the Registered Manager to implement effective care and independence programmes. This will include driving continuous improvement, making effective use of assessment methods and working with staff to deliver excellent standards of care that comply with all relevant regulatory, governance and quality standards.

Experience of managing teams, along with good leadership and communication skills and qualified to QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People.

Part of the Priory’s specialist Education Service, Miles Lodge Children's home is a registered home for up to eleven young people aged 7 to 19 who have autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) and complex associated difficulties. This home is open 52 weeks per year and is set in a semi-rural location within four acres of beautifully mature grounds.
