Job Advert Role Description

Do you want to be involved in an exciting new development?

We're recruiting for a Service Manager to lead and manage the new development of 10 supported living flats in Stoke opening in January 2020 for people with complex needs. We are looking for someone that understands the principles and values of Supported Living and has a good understanding and experience of CQC registration, standards.

If you are successful, you will be involved in setting this service up from the beginning, recruiting your own staff team, working with key professionals to ensure people can be supported to live as independently as possible achieving their goals in life.  

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
