In last 6 months we have invested heavily in Priory Hospital Norwich in order to revitalise or service and ensure that we put our patients at the centre of everything we do. We are currently in the process of a phased opening and are looking for candidates who are committed to being a part of our long term journey. We are a busy acute unit aiming to offer a high standard of care and deliver great outcomes for patients. Due to the 24 hour nature of the unit, our nurses benefit from 24 hour medical and management cover in order to support the team on the ward to offer consistently high quality care at all times.

 

 

 

 

 

Job Advert Location Description

Priory Norwich is newly reopened hospital catering for acute adults of working age suffering from a mental illness.  The hospital will consist of 4 wards a total of 44-beds but initially we are opening the first 12 bedded ward for acute adult patients.  The patients may be informal or sectioned under the MHA 2007 and are generally in hospital for a short time before being repatriated back to their local NHS facility.  The ward has a full MDT offering care and treatment to those patients over a 24 hr period.

Qualifications/Experience

To be successful as a Staff Nurse you will need:

An RMN or RNLD qualification. 
Good communication skills.
The drive to learn and develop
A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice.
A flexible, positive, team-orientated approach.
