Job Advert Role Description

32 bedded service split into 4 units, for patients with acquired brain injuries and /or complex nursing needs. This may include patients with complex airways ie tracheostomies and mechanical ventilation, long term nursing,neurological conditions,challenging behaviours as a result of a brain injury, 


1 position available for an RGN/LD/RMN , 1 position RGN only,

to take charge and oversee clinical care and lead/manage the team, to support home manager, to oversee rotas, costings,audits, will be a hands on role with some supernumary as required will include on call cover. Must be flexible, will include night cover as required. 


Experience preferred but not essential, must have minimum of 18 months post registration.
