Job Advert Role Description

Stockton Hall is a highly specialist 112 bedded hospital where patients requiring medium security can maximise the value of therapeutic interventions available.  The patient group consists of men and women with /Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and men with mild to moderate Learning Disability / Autistic Spectrum Disorder.    

To assist in providing the highest standard of catering and hospitality to patients, staff and visitors

•           Prepare and cook 3 nutritional, well balanced meals

          Cater for dietary and ethnic needs

          Ordering, receiving and checking of stock

          Adhere to financial procedure

          Implement and maintain all cleaning schedules

          Ensure that good practices of health & hygiene, health & safety are carried out

          Liaise with the Head Chef and Hotel Services Manager to ensure customer satisfaction

          To provide hospitality when required

          To assist when necessary other designations within the department
