Priory Hospital Lincolnshire is a 28 Bedded low secure for Males detained under the MHA act with mental illness and personality disorders.

Job Advert Role Description

. Day to day management for the ward staff and patients needs

. Providing clinical leadership to the nursing team

. Being a member of the MDT and well as the SMT of the hospital

. Maintaining staff e-roster as well as being involved in the quality audits

. Staff recruitment and manament of staff related issues

. Being part of the service development and clinical governance meeting
