Cragston Court in Blakelaw, Newcastle upon Tyne is a unit providing tailored rehabilitation and recovery for up to 20 men and women with complex and enduring mental health needs ages ranging from 18 to 65 and above of mixed gender.


Cragston Court is equipped to deliver nursing and recovery support for people who are experiencing a wide range of severe mental health conditions.


The Unit is a purpose built facility providing a full recovery pathway for service users who have enduring mental health needs.  The team at Cragston Court includes a registered Service Director, Clinical Lead, Administrator, registered mental health nurses and recovery workers, all of whom are dedicated to the service users’ journey to recovery and to equip service users with daily living skills. We work together with service users, and  their families, to create positive, meaningful and lasting outcomes. The post will be based at Cragston Court. 

Job Advert Role Description

The successful candidate will be covering a broad range of all aspects of recruitment administration, payroll activities, medical secretary administration, and a variety of administration duties across the site.


The job holder must be able to work collaboratively with his/her colleagues and on his/her own initiative to manage a busy workload to ensure deadlines are met.  Flexible and a good team player, you will have the desire to provide an excellent service to managers.


Previous experience of managing recruitment processes.  Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages is essential as are good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
