This role is based in the Estates Team office in Bristol. Some travel will be required to sites and meetings across the UK.

Job Advert Role Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Estates Operations Officer to join our growing business. The Estates Operations Officer should be well-experienced in Estates operations and should have excellent IT systems skills. The Estates Operations Officer will work under the guidance and supervision of the Head of Estates Operations, and will be responsible for a spectrum of Estates-related tasks. These tasks will include associated recording of information and reporting. They will also assist the Head of Estates in seeking new initiatives and modifying process so as to ensure the most efficient and effective working practices.

Estates Operations Officer duties include but not limited to

  • Support with a spectrum of activity related to the Estate and general property management.
  • Support the Estates and Projects teams in delivering to desired end states, on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the successful management of the Group Estates Capital Plan, helping in the planning and monitoring of Estates-related budgets.
  • Help manage the process of tenancy agreements and related matters.
  • As required, support the Head of Estates Operations in the handling of land disputes, acquisitions, matters of planning permission, insurance renewals, and asset register management.
  • Help maintain ISO 9001 accreditation and ongoing compliance.
  • Maintain the Contractor Database and regulate contractor safe accreditation.
  • Implement an effective audit process so that all Priory Group sites have appropriate public signage.
