Job Advert Role Description

Our children’s home in Tadley are recruiting for experienced, vibrant role models to join their team as a Waking Night Support Worker. 

Because we want you to get off to the best start with us, we are giving you an extra £250 when you join us.  When you are settled in in 6 months’ time, we will give you an extra £250 for your hard work!

Our home is a comfortable, warm environment that supports the needs of children between the ages of 7 – 19 who have complex needs which  include autistic spectrum disorder.  Our focus is to support our young people to develop life skills and independence in a fun, nurturing and understanding way.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will:

  • Ensure the young people in your care are safe by completing regular checks throughout the night
  • Be alert and observant at all times
  • Complete administration tasks and laundry.

This role is to work 3 nights per week on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
