Job Advert Role Description

At our children's homes in Southampton, Lymington, Lyndhurst and New Milton we support young people with autism and complex needs.  We want Night Support Workers who will inspire and guide our children and young people to achieve their personal best.  Due to some elements of the role, you need to have held a driving licence for at least three years and have no more than six points.

As a Night Support Worker, you will:

  • Be responsible for effectively supporting the delivery of care and education to all young people within the children's home
  • Maintain the welfare, well being and security of the children and young people through the night.
  • Work as a team to ensure the home is kept to a good standard in all aspects of house-keeping.

Our site is on a shift system.  You will be required to work approximately 8 shifts on a transparent 3 week rolling rota basis.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, for all of our services we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
