Job Advert Role Description

Abbey Court is looking for a Registered Manager to join the priory group and the dedicated staff at the service.

Abbey Court is a purpose built care home situated in Bourne, North of Peterborough that has been designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The home is conveniently located in the residential area of Falcon Way, providing residents with a peaceful environment. The home is modern and homely, offering a supportive environment with en-suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge areas. The home also benefits from a beautiful peaceful garden for our residents to enjoy.

For the role of Registered Manager you will need to be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous nursing experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

The qualities and skills we look for:

  • RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
  • Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

  • Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
