Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for talented role models to join our team.  As a Support Worker, you will ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their potential through enjoyment and achievement.

At the Gatehouse in Tadley, we support some really amazing young people from 5 - 19 with Autism and we are looking for resilient role models who can join us as support workers.

This is a 52 week post, working 42.75 hours per week. You will work in the residential setting and the school supporting the needs of the children. You will be supported yourself by our established, friendly team of professionals.

You'll be working 2 days on and 3 days off - working double shifts from 07:00 - 22:15 with 33 days holiday a year.
