With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

The Avondale care home is situated in a residential area of Motherwell, approximately ½ mile from Strathclyde Country Park. We are on the main bus route, and are 1 mile from the nearest train station.

Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous manager experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
