Deputy Manager Residential

Are you a passionate team leader or senior support worker looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge?

Priory Adult care are currently looking for Deputy Managers to join our residential service near Bamber Bridge, Preston. The site is home to five young adults living with autism and learning disabilities. As Deputy Manager your main role will be, to support the Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies. the role is split with 20hrs on the floor and 20hrs office based. 

Working alongside the Registered Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
