We currently have an Assistant Manager Opportunity within Hill Lane, a Southampton based home for young people.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our Southampton based children's home.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for helping the Registered Manager run the home,  providing day to day care for our Young People, supporting them in activities, education and statutory meetings relating to their time in residential care.  Working as a team, you will ensure the home is kept to a good standard in all aspects of house-keeping.

You need to have held a driving license for at least three years and have no more than six points.  This role is to start as soon as possible.  Standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week on a Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 basis.
