Job Advert Role Description

The quality and appearance of our services create the first impression for service users and their families and our Maintenance teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest possible standards. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this by working hard to maintain the fixtures and fittings of our buildings.

Oak House is a new development consisting of a 7 bed unit supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.  The environment will be a bespoke conversion to the highest standards.  .

As well as undertaking regular inspections of buildings, equipment, fixtures and fittings, you will also carry out the completion of routine and unplanned maintenance operations, ensuring minimal disruption to the service and compliance with operational standards and statutory regulations.
