Job Advert Location Description

Mill Garth Hospital is a 21-bedded locked rehabilitation and recovery service suitable for males aged 18 years and over. The hospital focuses on active rehabilitation and recovery for those with mental illnesses and personality disorders.

 

We believe that anyone with a mental health condition should be given the best chance possible to lead a happy and fulfilling life, and our aim is to provide individuals with the confidence and skills to move or return to the community.

Job Advert Role Description

          Responsibility for safe keeping and disposal of confidential documents

          Day to day filing generated at ward level

          Ensure that regularly used paperwork is photocopied as required

          Ordering and collecting stationery to meet the needs of the Wards

          Setting up and maintaining systems for patient and staff mail

          Receive incoming calls and ensure accurate relay of messages

          Maintaining patient confidentiality in all aspects of role

          Participate in the quality performance management
