Job Advert Role Description

At our site in Trowbridge, we support young people with Asperger's syndrome and associated complex needs including behavioural difficulties.  We want support workers who will inspire and guide tour young people to their personal best.  

As a support worker you will:

  • Be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred
  • Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families
  • Provide personal care and participate in activities

The role will require individuals to work flexibly and to undertake shift work including early shifts, late shifts and weekends.
