What we’d like our Senior Support Workers to have:

  • A clean driving license for at least 3 years as our Support Workers are required to support with day trips, school runs, hospital appointments and other outings as required for this post

Our home in Bromley provides a high standard of care and support for up to four young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour.  To succeed, we need people who share our passion for making a difference and have previous experience of working with challenging behaviour. We are committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare and expect all staff to share this commitment.

Some of the duties involved in this role are transporting children to home visits, doctors appointments, education and activities as well as the day to day running of their individual routine.  We require applicants to hold a clean driving license for at least 3 years due to the nature of this role.  Senior Support Workers will also get involved with preparing meals, paperwork, risk assessments, completing daily records and medications sheets.


In general our shifts are 24 hours starting at 8am or 9am through to the next day with a sleep in.  If you are working full time, this would be 3 days a week. Weekends/Bank Holidays/Christmas/New Year will be worked on a rota basis.
