Based in Old Woking, Surrey, Life Works operates from a stunning Grade II listed Georgian manor house providing compassionate, quality and effective care it is a 21 bed non acute facility the provides a safe, confidential, warm and nuturing environnment to assist clients on their path to recovery 

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a receptionist/ Admin to join our team at Lifeworks on a full time basis Monday to Friday 9 to 5. The candidate should have good organisational and communication skills. Most of the work will involve taking telephone calls and greeting visitors to the team.The successful candidate will be required to use initiative and logic to answer minor patient enquiries and have good working knowledge of IT systems , ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure managing various demands .
