The Resourcing team within Priory Group acts as a Centre of Excellence by supporting and advising the business on all areas of candidate attraction and selection. We work very closely with their divisional colleagues to offer a seamless Resourcing service that helps attract and retain the very best candidates

We are looking for a Senior Resourcing Administrator to support our Healthcare Division.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Senior Resourcing Administrator include but not limited to

  • Input all new vacancy requirements and candidate details onto the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Publishing all adverts onto the Priory Group website and relevant job boards.
  • Assist candidates and sites by answering Resourcing related queries, electronically and over the telephone.
  • Involvement in internal projects associated with continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
  • Liaising with universities, job vendors and employment programmes to facilitate partnerships.
  • Arranging and attending careers events to market the Priory Group and Career Pathways.
  • Supporting the wider recruitment team on a daily basis.
  • Collating reports via Excel and our Internal databases to deliver to the division.
  • Creating monthly reports to send to the Senior Management Team.
  • Collating weekly KPI statistics.
  • Supporting in telephone screening to cover annual leave and busy periods.
  • Supporting the Resourcing Business Partners.
  • Managing applications for specialist roles.
  • Organising Team Events.
  • Arrange Team Rotas.
  • Support the team with general office activities (i.e. weekly huddles), working closely with the Office Manager.

What we want from a Senior Resourcing Administrator

  • Previous administration experience – current or previous HR or Resourcing related experience would be desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a real focus on quality.
  • Ability to multitask and organise your workload on a daily basis.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to work well with a team and also on your own.
  • Ability to use MS Office packages (i.e. Word, Excel) to create reports.
