Oxford Wellbeing Centre is located in the heart of Oxford's city centre, and offers easy access to private outpatient assessment and treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders and addictions. The centre provides a service for children and adolescents (CAMHS) as well as adults. service. The Wellbeing Centre is based on the top floor of a bright and airy building providing privacy and comfort to each and every one of our patients, and with flexible evening and weekend appointments available, we enable even the busiest of people to access the mental health support that they need

Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking Bank (ad hoc hours) Reception/Administrator based at Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford to cover the permanent Administrator’s annual leave and sickness and provide additional Reception Cover for busy periods.

This would be an ideal role for a student with the flexibility to fit around studies.

We currently have two part-time Administrators at Oxford Wellbeing Centre.  You will be liaising closely with the Centre Manager to ensure a timely and professional response to patient queries and referrals. You will manage the Centre’s Reception Area, answer emails, telephone calls, complete routine administrative tasks and ensure all visitors are looked after.

 

You will need to be confident speaking with people on the phone enquiring about treatment at the centre, demonstrating good levels of empathy. You will deliver a high level of customer service within the centre throughout bookings, arrival and departure, to ensure patients receive an outstanding experience.

 

The centre is open from 8am until 8pm Mon – Fri and 10am-4pm on Saturdays if required.
