Job Advert Role Description

Priory Education and Children’s Services is a leading company in the UK.  With over 100 high quality schools, colleges and homes we focus on making a real and lasting difference for everyone we support.

Sketchley School provides specialist education for young people aged 8-14 with high functioning autism.  Pupils may also have challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and a lack of social understanding.

As part of our dedicated team, you will provide a high standard of housekeeping throughout the school. This involves general cleaning duties, restocking dispensers and ordering supplies to ensure the school is clean, tidy and a safe environment for our students and staff.

The following skills would be of benefit to the role:

  • A good knowledge of COSHH and health and safety in the workplace, however training will be provided
  • You will be organised, adaptable, reliable and thorough in your approach to work.

Part of this role will involve lone working as you will be required to unlock the school at the start of your shift, however, there is some flexibility in working hours for the right candidate.
