Supporting You in the South West (SYI Weston-Super-Mare), is looking for exceptional team members, to support  adults who live in their own homes. Support Workers are crucial in ensuring that the highest quality of support is available to people as and when they need and require it. The role will involve you directly supporting individuals to achieve outcomes, hopes and dreams. You will play a key role in; building confidence and self-esteem, encouraging daily living skills, supporting with household duties, the administration of medication, assisting with personal hygiene, and having fun.

Diploma level 2 is desirable but not essential, as all staff will be able to enrol on a QCF diploma with us for free. All employees will benefit from a full induction and training programme, continuous personal development through elearning and face to face development opportunities. Successful applicants will work as part of a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-in duties (where required).
