Situated in tranquil grounds on the outskirts of Hayes Village, near Bromley in Kent, the Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a 47 bedded acute mental health hospital offering a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, day patient and therapy services.

The hospital is a place of serenity where our service users can take time out to rest and heal in a fully supported therapeutic environment, which promotes individual care and positive outcomes. Treatment plans are tailored to each service users specific needs by our consultant-led, highly qualified multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for two Bank Housekeeping staff members to provide an efficient and high quality accommodation and housekeeping service within the home to assist the well-being, comfort and development of our patients.

 

Applicants will be required to:
 

Deliver and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the home, in line with operational standards and to ensure that work processes comply with statutory regulations.

Ensure that Priory minimum standards are delivered in all home areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.

 

Identify and report damage, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department or home manager to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations

 

Adopt new services that are already introduced within the group.

 

To use equipment efficiently, in order to gain a greater value for money.

 

The role holder will be required to have physical stamina, but will generally work in a pleasant and stable working environment

 

The role holder undertakes routine and regular tasks, but can alter the sequence of tasks on a daily basis.

 

The role holder will have a good standard of English along with basic numeracy and literacy skills.
