Job Advert Location Description

Our service is based on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and provides a range of assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and specialist residential services to over 90 adults with a learning disability in a range of different environments suited to their individual needs including medium, low secure and rehabilitation.

In addition to a learning disability, many of our patients have complex needs including forensic histories, mental illness, ASC and Personality Disorders.  Most patients are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.


Job Advert Role Description

Site Learning Administrator –

Purpose - to review, organise and report on all site based learning activities and be the key point of contact and communication about learning, training and development with People Development team (Leicester). To oversee the Priory Academy learning management system.


Acting in the capacity as a Site Learning Administrator the responsibilities will be:




•           Key contact with People Development team for site and centrally organised learning activities.

•           Communicate and promote within site upcoming learning events.


Learning Events


•           Organise and record local learning events in line with Academy processes and guidance.


Learning  Records


•           Update and maintain learning records for site colleagues.

•           Provide reports as and when required to site management teams/People Development.

•           Monitor compliancy and renewal data and plan accordingly.

•           Review renewal data to request local learning event from people development or book colleagues onto the scheduled learning event.




•           Assign the correct SLA to colleague’s records.

•           Assign the correct Manager to colleague’s records.

Complete assignments and completions to colleague’s records.
