Job Advert Location Description

Priory Woking provides private acute mental health, addictions and eating disorder services (inpatients and day patients), and run extensive private outpatient clinics. Some private beds are used by the NHS at times when no beds are available within the NHS trust.

Job Advert Role Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, positive, flexible and passionate Maintenance Assistant to be part of the fantastic team. The position is 26 hours over 5 days working week. Our Maintenance Person role involves responding to the needs of the services in respect of preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and building projects and repairs at our hospital with due regard for the safety of the people we support, staff and public.

 

Duties will include general building maintenance and repair, i.e. interior and exterior painting, light carpentry, plumbing, moving furniture, and general cleaning to assist with the overall maintenance, repair and renovation of rooms. Successful candidates must be able to lift and move various objects and perform other duties as assigned.
