Job Advert Location Description

The Priory Hospital Woking provides private acute mental health and addictions services within a busy 35 bed hospital, as well as offering an extensive day care and outpatient service. Some private beds are used by the NHS at times when no beds are available within the NHS trust.

Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking an HR Administrator based at The Priory Hospital Woking, to coordinate the recruitment of staff within the hospital and support with employee relation and well-being issues.  In ensuring robust administration support is given to all aspects of HR in the hospital, you will work directly with the hospital managers and in conjunction with a Regional HR Advisor as well as Priory's central HR and recruitment services based in Leicester. You will also work closely with the payroll administrator, providing cross cover at times of annual leave.


You should have good administration skills and be a friendly and approachable person, to enable good engagement with the hospital staff. HR or recruitment experience would be ideal, although not essential. There are opportunitities to undertake CIPD qualifications as part of an apprenticeship scheme.
