The People Development Team are looking for a People Development  Coordinator.

Job Advert Role Description

As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will provide coordinated customer centred support to the Priory Group business ensuring  mandatory learning is planned, delivered and monitored to achieve the group regulatory  compliance and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities Learning & Development Coordinator

  • Support with the monitoring and management of the Learning and Development Inbox 
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to support the business with all Learning and Development requirements 
  • Liaising with and signposting colleagues & helping them to resolve queries
  • Provide relevant learning resources and information to colleagues.
  • Utilise systems to pull reports for training events coordinated for sites.
  • Review and collate data on Priory training courses and complete ad-hoc office duties as required.
  • Advise and coordinate Learning and Development requirements for specific learning events, ensuring queries and information relating to these are communicated effectively and accurately.
  • Shared responsibility for confidentiality, security and accuracy of records, data and learning records of Central colleagues
  • Assist with CPD/PD requests and queries

What we'd like from a Learning & Development Coordinator

  • High levels of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail. 
  • IT literate with good MS Office/Excel skills 
  • Proactive in approach 
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal 
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Previous L&D or HR administration experience
