Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a maintenance person to join the Priory Mill Garth team, to carry out maintenance tasks and Planned Preventative Maintenance compliance withing the role. There will also be a driving requirement and an interest in Health and Safety.
This role requires good skills and knowledge in the following:
• To be able to work competently in order to undertake all types of general repairs/renewal in maintenance related issues.
To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance compliance checks when required
• To have confidence and the ability to work under pressure.
• You should have a clean full driving licence.
• You will be a good time keeper and polite with good customer facing experience.
