Job Advert Role Description

Priory College Swindon are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the administration team as part of the apprenticeship programme.

Priory Education and Children’s Services is a leading company in the UK offering independent behavioural care for commissioners across the UK. With over 100 high quality schools, colleges and homes we focus on making a real and lasting difference for everyone we support.

Priory College Swindon provides day and residential placements for students with specific social and communication difficulties, particularly Autism and Asperger Syndrome, including co-morbid conditions. The College has a clear focus on providing education and improving employability and employment outcomes for young people aged 16 to 25 years old.

We recognise that every young person in our care is unique so we build personalised learning and care programmes around individual needs that combine education, therapy, independence skills, social skills training and care.

The College is located in a large, vibrant town, which allows our students to access a wide range of facilities and amenities. The local Swindon mainline railway station has direct links to London Paddington, as well as a number of other nearby cities, including Bath, Bristol and Cardiff. A nearby coach station and good links to the M4 motorway ensures Priory College Swindon is easily accessible.

You will be assisting the administrator in providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the College; including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
