Job Advert Location Description

The Vines is part of the Priory Group's neuro-rehabilitation services which specialise in the treatment of acquired brain injury and neuro-rehabilitation for adults in an environment that provides individual care and positive outcomes.

We are a specialist residential care home offering long-term rehabilitation for 12 service users with an acquired brain injury. The home is situated in its own mature gardens, set back from the road in a secluded, private road within 15 minutes walk of Crowborough town centre.

Job Advert Role Description

As part of the Support Services team, our Chefs provide a high quality service to our service users through the creation, presentation and delivery of fresh meals.The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of the catering service with particular emphasis on the planning, preparation and cooking of meals.

Within this role you will be required to prepare and cook meals for our Service Users each day.

Ensure that menus and storage of food clearly explains and separates allergens.

Follow the Priory catering guides for food monitoring and cooking to ensure compliance with EHO standards.

You will be required to manage the department budget, order and maintain stock levels and maintain accurate records of freezer levels and food supplies.
