Stockton Hall is a highly specialised hospital where patients requiring a medium secure care setting can maximise value from therapeutic interventions. Our services have produced excellent recovery results for patients and they are able to progress to low secure or locked rehabilitation if possible.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a generalist Human Resources Administrator to join our HR department providing an efficient and high level of customer service.

Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will deliver a range of HR administrative functions including, monitoring of sickness absence, dealing with absence queries and maintenance of HR systems. The applicant will also be exposed to employment relations issues in an administrative capacity and undertake other generalist duties.

 

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised individual with sound interpersonal and excellent communication skills. You will be a first line of contact for the HR department so you must be professional and courteous at all times. Part of the role will involve dealing with enquires and data inputting aswell as undertaking tasks as directed by the SMT.

 

Holding or working towards a CIPD qualification would be desirable for the position, as would experience of working in a similar environment.

Adaptable, organised and customer service skills, are a must for the role.
