Where you’ll be working

Our home in Wisbech is a 3 bed home that works with young people who have social, emotional or mental health difficulties. Our support workers use a nurturing approach focusing on the individual needs of the residents.

Our Support Worker roles in Wisbech offer a £8.12-£8.93 per hour, and an additional £35.00 per sleep in.


As a Support Worker you’ll be doing the following:

  • Manage the well-being and behaviour of young people ensuring behaviours are addressed promptly and sensitively.
  • Assist senior staff with the writing and maintaining of care plans
  • Support young people in daily activities such as meal times, attendance of appointments, contact with members of their family, social outings, health and fitness, medication, promoting independence and social behaviour.
  • Support and encourage educational engagement
  • Safeguard both young people and the general public.

It is essential that the successful candidate has 3 years driving experience and a clean license.


A family is 24/7 and so are we. We use a rota system to ensure the people in our homes get the care they need.

As a Support Worker at our home in Wisbech, you can expect to work shifts ranging from 8 - 15 hours per day, over a 3 – 4 day week. These may also include an occasional sleep-in shift.
