Job Advert Location Description

Set back within 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital Southampton offers therapeutic and recovery focused residential treatment as well as day care and outpatient services.

Priory Hospital Southampton provides 40 beds across 3 wards.  The  services provided at the hospital include a young peoples ward (CAMHs) and treatment of most psychiatric conditions and Eating Disorders.

We have a highly experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff, which include consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and therapists

Job Advert Role Description

Due to progression a vacancy has arisen for an HR administrator at the Priory Hospital Marchwood. Reporting to the HR advisor your responsibilities will be

•          Input Bankworker Payroll analyse payroll report

•           Support with any staff payroll queries

•           Input all other payroll for site staff

•           Prepare monthly cut off figures

 

•           Responsible for the upkeep of the staffing spreadsheet  ensuring that all new starters and leavers are amended and that sickness is kept up to date

•           Responsible for compliance of DBS and Pin numbers

•           Arrange log ins for new starters in advance of their start dates

•           Responsible for Amendments to contract and termination forms, ensuring that all amendments are recorded for payroll checking and that variation letters are sent to anyone with a contract amendment

•           Filing

•           Check online recruitment daily and extract candidates for  scoring

•           Arrange interviews, book rooms and invite managers to interview

•           Support in recruitment interviews

•           Make up files for new starters

•           Support with HR queries

 

Must be minimum of Level 3 CIPD qualified
