Our ambitious and energetic colleagues help make our company what it is and we are looking for more people who have got what it takes.  The environments we work in can be challenging so the people that join us need to have a passion for the work we do and be strong role models for the young people we support.

It is an essential requirement of the role that applicants must have at least 6 months experience with children and young people with challenging behaviour in a similar role.  It is also a requirement for successful applicants to hold a clean driving license.

We look to reward your hard work with progression and a lively team culture as well as:
  • Travel Insurance
  • Computing scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Dental Insurance
  • Reduced price Gym membership
  • Gourmet Society Card
  • Healthcare cash plan
  • Priory Group Pension

Our home in Worthing is a two bed home providing care for young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties or challenging behaviour. We work together as a team to promote independence and provide the best outcomes for the young people at our home.

We are looking for people with previous experience but what we really want is an outgoing attitude, dedication to making a difference and to share our commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.

This Senior Support Worker role in Brighton will be 39 hours a week. This is a whole year role and you’ll be working on a shift system including early, late and weekend shifts.
