Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Priory Adult Care- Supporting You In London and Thames Valley is a service that provides accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health support needs. Our team provides community accommodation and outreach support throughout the London and Thames Valley area.

SYI in London and Thames Valley provides supported living tenancy's and outreach support to vulnerable adults in the community with learning disabilities, mental health, challenging behaviour and autism. We have block of flats and shared houses. 

Job Advert Role Description

Project Managers operate deputising for the Registered Manager in the management and operation of the service including service user care, personnel and business management.

Project Managers are required to assist and support service users to live full and independent lives meeting a range of personal care, social and emotional care needs.  The role requires directly supporting individuals in their own homes with daily living skills, household duties, managing finances, medication, shopping, personal hygiene, health appointments, accessing the local community and social engagements or employment, and supervising project coordinators and support workers carrying out these duties.

Management responsibilities include writing rota's, payroll processing, incoming processing, attending and chairing service users reviews and meetings, staff management and supervision, financial management of petty cash and service users monies, building and maintaining relationships with tenants, families, commissioners and social workers.
