With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

The Old Rectory in Brede, rated 'Good' during its most recent CQC inspection, has the facilities to support up to 16 adults with learning disabilities, who may also have an attached diagnosis such as autism, diabetes, Down's syndrome or epilepsy. Job Advert Role Description

This is a great opportunity for an exceptional and experienced Manager, ideally with some experience of autism-related disabilities, who will be integral in leading the team to shape and develop the service strategy, and inspire the staff team to provide the highest quality of person-centred support. The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and associated regulations, with exceptional leadership and organisational skills.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
